Feline herpes outbreak at Isle of Wight Animal Shelter

ISLE OF WIGHT (AP) -- More than 30 cats at the Isle of Wight County Animal Shelter have been infected in an outbreak of feline herpes.  A spokeswoman for the Isle of Wight County Sheriff's Office says homes are being sought for 16 infected cats. ISLE OF WIGHT – All 30 of the cats being held at the Isle of Wight County Animal Shelter have apparently been infected with a feline herpes virus and homes are needed for them immediately.
